All it takes to get started is an email or a phone call. Once you contact us for more information, you will be provided a Journey School Docent who will be your guide through the franchise process.
You will be encouraged to talk to current Journey School owners and our new franchisees.
We believe in transparency at Journey School and would love to introduce you to our extended family right away.
When you know that you are ready, the training begins!
We will ask you for a letter of intent.
Once that is received, we begin in earnest to teach you all that it takes to run a Journey School.
We will work together to complete all of the necessary contracts and formalities.
Our attorneys have worked to simplify this process as much as possible.
We will also work together to find the perfect location for your Journey School.
Your docent is available to work with your real estate team and is happy to be onsite for your final selection.
Once your site has been located and the contracts completed, you will be awarded a license to open a Journey School franchise.
During your construction phase, we will complete your training and work with you while you assemble your team.
Our Human Resources team is available to you during that time to assist in the screening and selection of your leadership team.
We will provide you all of the tools necessary to not only hire the right people but to keep them with you.
We are with you all the way to your first joyful day and beyond as your support system!
We will help you to train your staff, help you to arrange your classrooms, and attend your launch events.
After your school is open, we will continue to offer you the support and encouragement you need to be the best school in your community.
